About The Role
Our client is looking for a highly accomplished and results-driven product marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in content management and collaboration solutions. Proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging, and drive market adoption for innovative products. Expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and resource and scenario planning. Passionate about empowering teams with the tools and technologies they need to collaborate effectively and achieve their goals.
You will report to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing located in the Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where the hiring company is a registered employer.
You Will:
- Lead the charge: Define and champion the product marketing vision for the company's content management and enterprise collaboration solutions, grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Build a high-performing team: Develop and mentor a team of product marketers specializing in content and collaboration, fostering a culture of excellence through effective hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of content and collaboration solutions across the organization.
- Empower the field: Equip sales teams with the resources they need to effectively position and sell content and collaboration solutions, including compelling sales narratives, demos, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
- Champion customer needs: Be a passionate advocate for customers seeking content and collaboration solutions, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Fuel global growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the reach and impact of the company's content and collaboration solutions globally, driving adoption and market leadership.
- Embrace innovation: Continuously explore new approaches and innovative strategies to optimize product marketing efforts and drive growth in the content and collaboration space.
- Measure and optimize: Establish clear and measurable metrics to track performance, and foster a data-driven, "test and learn" approach to optimize results and ensure continuous improvement.
- Support other duties as needed.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- 15+ years product marketing experience in enterprise technologies, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments.
- Experience in leadership roles, with both direct reports and across teams.
- Experience working across marketing, sales and product management.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders regarding matters of significance.
- Experience and metric-driven success in marketing to specific audiences and industries.

Salary Range
$195,000—$247,500 USD
