About The Role

Our client is hiring a Director, Product Management to define and formalize the product marketing function. This role will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and competitive intelligence across the product portfolio. This is an opportunity to build the playbook that shapes how AI products are brought to market.

This individual will translate customer insight and market trends into bold, differentiated narratives that win deals, accelerate adoption, and strengthen leadership in the AI era of real estate. This is a chance to shape how one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the industry communicates its vision and drives growth.

This role will directly influence growth beyond $100M ARR by launching new products, driving adoption of core offerings, and shaping how the company competes and wins. The Director will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to ensure every launch and campaign lands with precision, while building the foundation for a world-class product marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own and continuously refine product positioning and messaging across the portfolio to ensure clarity, differentiation, and resonance with target buyers.
  • Partner with design and content to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and major releases, ensuring cross-functional readiness and alignment.
  • Define launch objectives, target audiences, key narratives, and success metrics.

Competitive Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Establish a competitive intelligence program to monitor market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging trends.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to gather feedback, identify unmet needs, and uncover expansion opportunities to shape roadmaps and campaigns.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop compelling enablement materials such as battlecards, product one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides, in partnership with the sales enablement team, that empower sales teams to win.

Metrics & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs for product marketing performance, including adoption rates, win rates, deal velocity, and campaign ROI.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, establishing clear roles, best practices, and a culture of excellence.

Your Skillset:

  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills, able to distill complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling value propositions.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority.
  • Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS products, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using market research, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategy.
  • Adept at building sales enablement content that equips teams to handle objections, differentiate against competitors, and close deals faster.
  • Experience partnering with demand generation to translate product positioning into high-converting campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executive audiences and customers.

Your Experience:

  • 8+ years in product marketing or product management, including 3+ years in a senior strategic role at a high-growth SaaS company (vertical SaaS preferred, especially SMB).
  • Track record of launching and scaling successful products in competitive markets.
  • Deep experience in competitive analysis, segmentation, and buyer persona development.
  • Experience working with product management teams to shape roadmaps based on market opportunities.
  • Prior success building scalable product marketing playbooks and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in proptech, martech, or real estate technology markets.
  • Experience in B2C SaaS.
