About the role
As the organization continues to grow rapidly, there is a significant opportunity within the target market. The Head of Growth Marketing will play a crucial role in introducing the service to millions more users, thereby increasing market share. This role entails leading paid, web, SEO, and event channels with a primary objective of generating a high-quality pipeline for Sales. A strategic leader with experience in driving repeatable and scalable results across various marketing channels and tactics is sought for this position. You will
- Build a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable demand generation engine that aligns with the company's growth targets.
- Lead a team of high-performing growth marketers across paid acquisition, SEO, web, and events.
- Execute a full-funnel channel strategy to drive a high-quality pipeline for Sales at an efficient LTV/CAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing data and technology capabilities for improved efficiency.
- Work closely with Data and Finance teams to refine attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurements.
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and a proactive approach to growth innovation.
You have
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience, specifically in demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
- 3-5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
- Proven ability to manage 8-figure budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.
- Experience utilizing a variety of marketing channels and tactics (paid, SEO, ABM, organic, etc.) to execute effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with vendors, tools, systems, and tactics in an evolving marketing landscape.
- An owner’s mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and delve into details for problem-solving.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS or tech industries.
