The company is looking for a Director of Global Field & Event Marketing to design and execute an end-to-end global events strategy that fuels pipeline, strengthens customer relationships, and builds the organization’s brand.
Role Overview
In this role, the individual will own the planning, execution, and measurement of the organization’s global event portfolio — spanning sponsored industry events, company-hosted field experiences, regional meetups, internal celebrations, and digital events/webinars.
The individual will collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing leaders to ensure event investments are strategically aligned, regionally relevant, and deliver measurable business impact. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, budgets, and internal teams to bring world-class experiences to life — whether they’re happening in-person or online.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the organization’s global field and event marketing strategy across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Plan and execute:
Sponsored industry events and tradeshows.
Company-hosted field events (dinners, executive roundtables, workshops).
Regional meetups and customer gatherings.
Internal events such as President’s Club and company all-hands.
Digital events including webinars and virtual roundtables.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure event strategies align to regional priorities and target account lists.
Negotiate sponsorships and partnerships to maximize ROI.
Lead event promotion and follow-up campaigns in partnership with demand generation and customer marketing.
Manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Define event KPIs and report on pipeline influence, customer engagement, and ROI.
Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all events globally.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $180,000 - $200,000. Please note that salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
