About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for their digital commerce, marketplace, and order management platform. This role is focused on key sectors including Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Industrial —serving both manufacturers and distributors. The ideal candidate will bring strong digital commerce expertise and competitive insights to help shape how the company wins in these high-opportunity segments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, differentiated messaging for B2B/B2C commerce scenarios, including self-service portals, branded marketplaces, and multi-channel product catalogs.
Create compelling narratives tailored to Retail (e.g., omnichannel enablement), CPG (e.g., distributor collaboration), and Industrial (e.g., configurability, bulk ordering).
Build and deliver enablement content such as sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and persona-based messaging.
Translate product capabilities across B2C and B2B Digital Commerce, Marketplace, and Order Orchestration into tangible business value for executive buyers (CDO, CIO, VP Digital, VP eCommerce).
Support GTM execution across mid-market to enterprise customers ($300M–$5B+), with an emphasis on channel partnerships and digital transformation—not pure DTC.
About the Team
You’ll be part of a highly strategic, cross-functional marketing team that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and regional go-to-market. The team is responsible for translating the power of the platform into compelling, customer-facing narratives that resonate across industries and regions. They work closely with commercial and product teams to shape positioning, fuel revenue growth, and support enterprise sales cycles with targeted messaging and enablement. In this role, you'll contribute directly to how the hiring company wins in key verticals like Retail, CPG, and Industrial, while helping define the GTM motion for some of the most transformative commerce solutions in the market.
