About The Role
The Content Marketing Manager will envision and execute a comprehensive Content Marketing strategy designed to elevate the company's brand and engage prospects and customers, fostering audience growth to drive customer acquisition and enhance customer lifetime value. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director and collaborating closely with Product Marketing, the manager will attain expertise in the professional services industry, gaining insights into its trends, habits, and key players to produce high-value, unique content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of customers.
They will position the company as a trusted knowledge source within the industry and build customer advocacy by identifying a panel of customers willing to represent the brand, while also seeking industry experts to collaborate on content initiatives.
What you will do
Content Strategy
- Develop, evolve, and implement a Content Marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, key audiences, and stages of the customer journey.
- Become an expert in the audience of Professional Services teams to better understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points that will inform the content strategy.
- Define content goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to assess content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to synchronize content strategy with broader organizational goals.
- Monitor and react to industry trends and the content strategies of competitors.
Content Direction
- Build and oversee an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content publication across multiple channels.
- Contribute to defining the voice and tone of content to guarantee resonance and brand alignment.
- Brainstorm and prioritize content topics based on strategic importance and potential impact.
- Identify new content formats, channels, and external partners to enhance reach and engagement.
- Integrate SEO strategies into content development to maximize the value derived from organic search results.
Content Production & Management
- Produce well-researched, insightful, high-quality content that resonates with and adds value to the audience.
- Write, edit, and proofread various content types, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media presence.
- Create audiovisual content such as customer interviews, direct-to-camera educational videos, and audio content in collaboration with the Marketing team and other internal and external partners.
- Utilize automation and AI tools to optimize content production.
- Manage and conduct live webinars featuring customers and industry experts.
- Work with designers to ensure cohesive presentation of content and brand consistency.
What you will bring
- 5-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven record of developing and executing a successful content marketing strategy that achieves measurable business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset capable of creating metrics and reporting frameworks to understand performance.
- Ability to manage content creators (writers, videographers, presenters), providing editorial guidance for on-message and on-brand deliverables.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of translating technical concepts into engaging narratives.
- A great listener, always curious to learn more and understand the audience's needs, wants, and pain points.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a culture of ongoing curiosity.
- Proven partner to marketers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an agency or the professional services sector is preferred.

- A competitive base pay:** The annual salary for this role is $125,100.
