Swoon is actively seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join the team of our client - a fortune 1000 company!
The global eTail & Retail Marketing + Demand Generation team manages businesses across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion) for our top-tier eTail and retail accounts. Additionally, the team drives demand generation strategies for our direct-to-consumer in the client store and B2B lead programs. This team reports to Business Marketing Organization.
This role reports to the Director of Global Etail & Retail Marketing.

You will
- Account Ownership:
- Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with large North American retail accounts
- Retail Program Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing programs and promotional strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and grow market share in-store and online.
- Go-to-Market Planning:
- Lead retail marketing initiatives for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling moments—customized for each retail partner’s audience and channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver unified and timely retail marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and ROI. Use data to make recommendations for future campaigns and investments.
- Budget & Asset Management:
- Manage co-op and MDF budgets effectively. Oversee development and delivery of marketing assets including POP displays, signage, digital banners, videos, and more.
- Retail Insights & Trends:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, shopper behavior, and competitive landscape in consumer electronics retail. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail or channel marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or tech sector
- Proven success managing large retail accounts across North America
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or retail analytics dashboards
- Experience building high-performing marketing campaigns with retail customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with major North American retailers’ marketing platforms and processes.
