Messaging Excellence & Governance
- As the Marketing Campaign Manager focusing on Messaging Governance, you will be the primary point person overseeing the strategic review and optimization of our digital customer communications. You'll ensure every message aligns with our brand, meets legal standards, and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take primary ownership for the end-to-end review of a large volume of existing and new messages across various digital channels (e.g., email, app, SMS).
- Manage the content and creative review process, influencing content direction to ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines and overall messaging strategy. You'll be skilled in defining creative briefs and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Develop criteria for prioritizing message reviews (e.g., based on volume or impact), and proactively identify and drive solutions to address gaps or issues in current messaging.
- Facilitate and secure necessary legal and message owner approvals for all communications.
- Manage seamless handoffs to technology teams, ensuring timely follow-ups through to full implementation and deployment of updated messages.
- Oversee an expected volume of approximately 200 message reviews per month, understanding that not all will require extensive rewrites.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and cataloging message reviews and updates to ensure comprehensive oversight.
- Focus extensively on refining and updating email templates and links within both email and SMS communications.
- Oversee 1-2 comprehensive messaging projects for key customer segments as assigned.
- Contribute to potential A/B testing initiatives to optimize messaging performance and effectiveness.
