Our client, a driving force in the telecommunications industry serving the hard-of-hearing community, is looking to add a new full time Growth Marketing Manager with specific emphasis on DRTV expertise to their growing organization!

Experience Required:
- Step into a new position that is fundamental to the growth of the organization, DRTV is their #1 lead generation source!
- Must have expertise and a passion for DRTV (Direct Response Television) specifically! 60-70% management of end to end DRTV (60% hands on / 40% strategy - IC level position)
- Includes agency relationship/vendor management, budget management, KPI alignment, measurement & analytics to inform decisions
- D2C experience - required
- Experience managing $20M+ budget size - required
- Also responsible for overseeing cost per call, cost per order, and customer lifetime value
- Additional experience in offline channels including direct mail/print/OOH etc. highly preferred!
- Proficiency within MS Office Suite, Asana, MS Teams, and Power BI (or similar) required, Salesforce experience a plus!
