The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Java Developer to drive technical excellence in our mission to become a unicorn serving 100+ million users. You'll work on cutting-edge financial technology, from blockchain loyalty platforms to secure payment integrations, while enjoying the autonomy and impact that comes with our startup environment.

What You'll Do

🚀 Lead end-to-end development of features and subsystems from concept to production

🏗️ Architect scalable solutions for enhanced security, performance, and reliability

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with product, mobile, and support teams

💳 Build payment integrations with major banks and payment systems

🔐 Develop blockchain & cryptographic solutions for secure financial transactions

⚡ Optimize platform performance serving millions of users globally

What We're Looking For

Experience & Mindset:

Senior+ Java developer with startup experience

Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Comfortable with fast iterations and evolving requirements

Strong architectural decision-making skills

Technical Expertise:

Expert-level Java Core knowledge

Microservices architecture design & implementation

Cryptography experience (encryption, certificates, signatures)

Deep Spring Framework understanding

Asynchronous messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Database proficiency (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab)

Monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

Bonus Points:

Kotlin or Go experience

AI tool integration in development workflows
