We are seeking a digital-focused Marketing Designer with a mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to collaborate with senior designers and the creative director. The primary focus will be updating our brand icon and illustration image library, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while introducing fresh, conceptual approaches to design.

Contract for 3 months with possibility of extension.

Pay Range: $60 - $75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (9 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and update brand assets, including icons and illustrations, for use across digital platforms, marketing materials, and public websites.
Collaborate with senior designers and the creative director to maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity.
Work within Workfront to manage and complete design projects efficiently.
Create and maintain Figma components, states, and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Conceptualize and develop illustrations that effectively represent various financial products and services.
Work within an existing brand color palette while suggesting complementary colors when necessary.
Ensure compliance with UI/UX best practices, animation principles, and ADA accessibility standards where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
Understanding of layers, auto layout, and component design within Figma.
Strong conceptual thinking to visualize abstract financial services in a compelling and user-friendly manner.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within established design processes.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services industry (preferred but not required).
A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio with a design certificate will be considered.
