About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong track record in managing paid media campaigns and delivering measurable results. This is a part-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who excels in strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Manage client communication and handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing objectives
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent ROI and performance outcomes
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in client handling, strategy discussions, and reporting
- Knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, events, and basic funnel strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision
