Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for power generation and energy projects.
- Develop and maintain SCADA systems for real-time data monitoring, control, and reporting.
- Create and modify logic for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or GE PLC platforms.
- Integrate instrumentation, sensors, HMIs, and industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
- Support electrical and mechanical teams during commissioning, testing, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve automation and control-related issues to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in system FAT/SAT testing, documentation, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and GE Power’s safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver control system upgrades and performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and SCADA system integration.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, power generation controls, and safety systems.
- Proficiency in HMI design, ladder logic, and structured text programming.
- Experience with control network architecture, data acquisition, and remote I/O systems.
- Familiarity with GE, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley PLCs and SCADA tools (e.g., Wonderware, iFIX, Ignition).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

Pay: $89,897.02 - $100,000.00 per year
