UX DESIGN LEAD

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a UX Design Lead for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You will be a pivotal leader in establishing UX Design as a new domain at the company. They will diagnose the current state, identify challenges and opportunities, and create the strategic direction and priorities for UX design, with support from the VP of Product. You will bring strong best practices, including customer research fundamentals and the latest AI tools, to drive efficiency for a small team and make a significant impact.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Solid knowledge of design tools, primarily Figma, and the latest AI tools.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales departments.
• Host regular meetings to share updates and celebrate successes.
• Provide status reports and maintain transparent documentation.
• Respond to changing project requirements by reallocating resources.
• Continuously assess and refine the design team’s strategic direction.
