Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is an AI robotics company committed to uplifting humanity by building the world’s most productive and responsible robots that perform dangerous and demanding tasks for the exterior cleaning, concrete, and construction industries. The drones can clean up to 8x faster, and due to customer demand, they also launched a ground-based pressure-washing robot to complement the cleaning drone. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, the company engineers, manufactures, and supports customers nationwide who use the robots to clean properties safely and efficiently daily.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of the mobile and web applications. While you’ll monitor both platforms, your immediate focus will be on enhancing the mobile experience to ensure it’s intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the needs of the customers and field users.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working on web and mobile products.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and outcomes, especially for mobile applications.
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Solid understanding of UX best practices, mobile interaction patterns, and responsive design.
Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and lead design discussions.
Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate design rationale, and adapt to feedback.

Nice To Have

Experience working with SaaS, IoT, or robotics-related products.

Responsibilities

Provide UX design process for the mobile app, while contributing to web app designs as needed.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Advocate for best-in-class UX and accessibility standards across all touchpoints.
