SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Experience with mobile, web, & responsive design.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and lead design discussions.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Passion for innovation and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced UI/UX knowledge to design front-end user interfaces for software applications and products.
• Conduct user research and heuristic evaluations to gather feedback and insights on design prototypes and concepts.
• Design and conduct usability tests using data-driven methods and communicate findings to the team.
• Collaborate with development, product management, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing.
• Ensure consistency and coherence by maintaining brand identity and design standards throughout the user experience.
• Communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, using visual aids, prototypes, and presentations to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and UI/UX design technologies, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance the design process and deliver innovative user experiences.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
