PROGRAM MANAGER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Program Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of high-level architecture and system flows.
• Be comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders (TDMs, PMs, Directors, Product & Engineering) to gather input and feedback.
• Solid fundamentals in program/project management (e.g., RACI, project plans, key artifacts).
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, and PPM tools.
• Proactive ownership of deliverables, including defining objectives and identifying risks.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives, translating them into structured programs and projects.
• Ability to think critically and approach problems with a logical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Clear and effective English communication skills.

• Experience with AI-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-team product and platform programs across the marketplace (e.g., One Account/One Profile unifying accounts, CIAM and messaging integrations, AI capabilities).
• Provide program managers and TPMs who drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for marketplace initiatives, often via the MP-P-SS-TPMO cost center (Marketplace Product Shared Services – TPMO).
• Manage contractor TPM capacity to support marketplace product & UX programs (e.g., Outpost contractors filling Technical Program Manager and Program Manager roles for CIAM/AI integration, OAOP, UX research ops, UX tools, etc.).
• Partner closely with UX and engineering teams to coordinate roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against marketplace OKRs (growth, efficiency, KTLO/run-operate).
• Provide mapping of marketplace products & UX to specific cost centers/RCCs/OCCs.
