Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Marketing Email Automation Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Bulgaria. This dynamic role combines the expertise of email marketing automation with website management and optimization. You will oversee the marketing automation workflows and play a crucial role in managing website updates using a headless CMS platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign optimization β particularly with Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and other data privacy standards.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of domain reputation management tools and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills, ability to run reports to find actionable insights.

- Experience working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Pardot forms, MQL scoring, email campaigns (e.g., brand newsletters, ad hoc event emails, nurture sequences).
- Design and execute engagement studio sequences to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Monitor and maintain domain reputation using tools like Google Postmaster Tools.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all marketing operations and campaigns.
- Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with Pardot.
- Standardize campaign nomenclature for consistency and clarity in reporting.
- Generate and maintain UTM tags for accurate campaign tracking and performance analytics.
- Partner with the content marketing and creative teams to ensure email content aligns with marketing goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, including open rates, click rates, deliverability, and down-funnel metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights for campaign improvement.
- Support the technical side of event organization. Create Zoom forms, capture data, and monitor activity.
- Create engaging email campaigns to help achieve high participation and post-event nurture to increase conversion rates.
