Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced Events and Experiences Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA.
The role involves leading and elevating our B2B event strategy in the US and globally, from sponsored conferences and executive dinners to thought-leadership panels and webinars. You’ll own the strategy, planning, and execution of client-facing events that strengthen Svitla’s brand and create meaningful business opportunities.
You’ll manage the whole event lifecycle — concept, logistics, budgeting, creative assets, and coordination — collaborating closely with our CMO, marketing, content, digital, social media, and design teams.
This role requires frequent travel across the US and occasionally abroad to ensure everything runs smoothly on-site.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in planning and executing B2B or corporate events across different formats and scales.
- Proven expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail.
- Experience leading on-site event operations, including vendor coordination.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel frequently.
- Based in the United States and available for timely collaboration with the CMO.
Nice to have
- Background in the software development/outsourcing industry.
- Experience in organizing and managing various types of events, from large technology conferences to private networking dinners.
- Understanding of tech audience preferences, trends, and interests, including top technology leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and senior technical professionals.
- Ideally, California Bay Area-based, but applicants from other regions are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Svitla’s B2B event strategy, aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
- Manage the full event cycle for sponsored events, Svitla-hosted networking dinners, large conferences, partnerships, panels, and webinars.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, speakers, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing and promotional materials (email campaigns, landing pages, social posts, ads, banners, roll-ups, brochures, merch).
- Coordinate with the CMO on strategic priorities and event direction.
- Track event KPIs, gather feedback, and report outcomes to guide future improvements.
- Research new event formats to continuously evolve Svitla’s event experience.
