Your Missions:
Develop and execute the national trade marketing strategy for the USA, aligning with overall business objectives to drive sell-in, sell-through, and market share growth.
Lead the planning and implementation of key account-specific marketing programs, including joint business planning, category management initiatives, and bespoke promotional campaigns with major retail partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities, optimize marketing mix (pricing, promotion, assortment, placement), and provide actionable insights to both the sales and brand marketing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in trade marketing, key account management, or a similar commercial role within the USA market.
Deep understanding of the US retail landscape and established relationships with major national retailers.

Desired Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
IT: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Trade Promotion Management software.
