Launched in 2012, Suture Health is a successful healthcare SAAS platform focused on connecting healthcare providers to reduce waste, improve efficiencies, and drive better patient outcomes. Our flagship eSignature product has grown our provider network to tens of thousands of providers across the US. We are adding a ton of features to solidify and grow the provider network while adding additional value, including the use of AI-generated tools, to transform multiple facets of the healthcare industry, including the patient sector.

OVERVIEW

Looking for a passionate leader, a well-organized software engineer with clinical integration experience to serve as the Director/VP of Engineering who will:

• Partner with VP of Product to execute on company vision
• Masterfully manage a development team of 10 engineers in the US and eastern Europe across multiple work streams
• Develop and consistently manage ​the execution of sound​ ​architectural​ and data ​designs that scale and are consistent with healthcare standards
• Contribute individually to code
• Provide technical strategy and proper oversight to ensure code execution and consistency
• Be responsible for the release pipeline and release success
• Ensure system is adequately tested via automated tests
• Mentor other software engineers

• Demonstrable experience with AI and big data
• Event sourcing, messaging and workflow development and support experience: RABBITMQ, BPMN and DMN engines exposure (MassTransit), NServiceBus or Hangfire.io
• Agile/Kanban

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Proficient-to-expert with C#, .Net Core, React, javascript
• 15+ years development experience in web applications, Windows services and applications, and web services
• Extensive-to-expert level experience with healthcare integration (Mirth, HL7, FHIR, CDR)
• Substantial unit testing experience
• Extensive Javascript and Single-Page Application development experience. (React,Next.js/Node.js)
• Database:
• Expert in SQL Server relational database design and SQL language
• Proficient in document and other non-traditional databases
• Docker/ECS proficiency
• Expert experience in HTML, XML, JSON and RESTful web services and testing web services (postman toolset)
