A leading global fitness brand is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead its acquisition function on a contract basis through to August 2027. Headquartered in Adelaide, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role joining at a pivotal moment, with an immediate need driven by parental leave cover.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Commercial Performance and managing a Performance Marketing Specialist and Coordinator, you'll own end-to-end acquisition strategy across paid social, search, and digital advertising. You'll also contribute to broader commercial strategy as part of the leadership group.
The Role
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Manage paid budgets at scale across both App and Web
- Drive performance against CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution targets
- Lead and mentor a small, capable team from day one
- Contribute to commercial strategy alongside the senior leadership group
About you:
- Proven track record as Head of Performance Marketing or equivalent
- Background in app, subscription, DTC, or ecommerce environments
- Hands-on expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads (non-negotiable)
- Strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution frameworks
- Experience managing significant paid budgets across App and Web
- Leadership experience with a mentoring mindset
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, data, or related field
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
