The website is one of the most important growth channels at Survicate. It drives signups in our product-led funnel and demo requests in our sales-led funnel. As a PLG-first company with an enterprise offering, we rely heavily on our website to clearly communicate what we do and convert traffic into leads and customers.
We’re looking for a Website Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our website. This role combines product marketing and CRO - making sure the product is positioned and explained clearly - with technical execution, working closely with our in-house developer, IT team and graphic designer to manage improvements, landing pages, and experiments.
You will:
- Own and improve the website conversion rate (both for self-serve and demo funnels).
- Coordinate all website projects from idea to implementation.
- Build landing pages directly in CMS (currently Webflow, but we’re considering headless CMS).
- Own the messaging on the website - write compelling copy and coordinate visuals with graphic /motion designers.
- Act as a product manager for the web: define priorities, manage tasks, and set clear requirements.
- Lead onsite SEO and GEO efforts, with specialist support.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in CRO/website marketing and 5+ years in product or digital marketing roles.
- Has a strong eye for design, is fluent in Figma, and skilled at mockups, benchmarks, and UX flows.
- Is a product marketer by heart and a data analyst by brain - prefers focused, conversion-driven messaging over storytelling fluff.
- Has led many CRO initiatives and website testing (Wynter, VWO, etc.).
- Is hands-on with tools like CMS, GTM, Mixpanel, Segment, HubSpot, and more.
- Is a strong project manager (e.g., using Linear, JIRA)
- Has an excellent understanding of website technology, and is a fast learner in the software area (if you don’t know something, you go through the docs)
- Understands onsite SEO; technical SEO is a plus.
