Role Overview
As our Performance Marketing Operator (Meta-First), you'll be the key player in installing and running an operator-led marketing machine. You'll focus exclusively on Meta as the primary platform, targeting one avatar per funnel (e.g., roofers and movers) with one offer and one channel until we achieve consistent profitability. Once dialed in, you'll scale to additional channels and funnels. You'll be supported by a part-time creative/editor to keep the ad pipeline flowing.
This is an in-house role designed to eliminate key-man risk, scale creative output, and get us off the CEO-led ad tinkering hamster wheel. You'll operate with a clear scorecard, checklists from our marketing playbook, and a mandate to prioritize inputs that print appointments.
