Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Jaipur. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote biomedical waste collection bags, garbage bags, and surgical products in domestic and export markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, brand positioning, campaign development, coordination with sales teams, and management of promotional activities and events. The role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and preparing reports to guide decision-making. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product availability and customer requirements.

• Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning.
• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, packaging, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site in Jaipur.
