The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to amplify our message across digital channels. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation, thought leadership, and social media execution, working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Create clear, engaging content across formats: blog posts, customer stories, infographics, sales collateral, and email copy.
- Translate IT, cyber-protection, and compliance themes into content that resonates with key senior technical and business personas
- Develop assets for campaigns targeting specific lifecycle touchpoints.
- Support thought leadership and executive content, including ghost-writing posts for leadership.
Social Media Management
- Own and execute SureLogik’s social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn).
- Grow our organic social presence with a focus on credibility, thought leadership, and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer engagement trends, competitor content, and audience sentiment.
- Collaborate with paid media partners to align organic and sponsored campaigns.
Cross-Team GTM Support
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure content supports pipeline and retention goals.
- Contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with customized content.
- Gather insights from frontline teams (sales objections, success stories) to build content that drives action.
Campaign Enablement
- Support external partners managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with messaging input and asset coordination.
- Ensure messaging consistency across web, paid, and social channels.
- Optimize calls-to-action (CTAs) and user journeys based on buyer stage and content type.
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- 5 years+ in content and/or social media marketing in IT services, SaaS, or Recruitment/HR technology.
- Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio that shows range across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of IT services, data protection, and/or compliance environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel (organic and paid).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing team.
- Working with integrated MarTech and research tools that can benefit the business.
- Wordpress blog management.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to B2B marketing strategies such as account-based marketing (ABM), buyer persona mapping, or sales enablement.
- Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (hands-on or in collaboration with external agencies).
- Experience supporting partner marketing or resale/VAR channel campaigns.
- Ability to create basic visual content (Canva, Figma) or edit pre-designed templates.
- Zoho or other CRM related knowledge.
