We are now expanding our marketing efforts to scale across telecom, fintech, enterprise, and B2B SaaS markets.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Paid Marketing Consultant (10+ years) to work closely with our in-house team. Your role will be strategic and advisory, ensuring that our marketing execution across multiple platforms is aligned with best practices and delivers measurable ROI. You will be required to guide, train, and handhold the team while helping set up, audit, and optimize paid and outbound marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on consultant for:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- WhatsApp Business API Campaigns
- Bulk Voice Calls & IVR Setup (for cold calling campaigns)
- Guide the internal marketing team with:
- Funnel setup and optimization
- Ad creatives and content strategy
- Audience segmentation and targeting
- Budget planning and allocation
- Campaign tracking, UTM setup, and ROI measurement
- Audit existing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Help integrate marketing automation workflows if required.
- Recommend the best paid marketing platforms as per our target industry (SaaS/B2B/telecom).
- Be available for periodic syncs, troubleshooting, or real-time campaign decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and full-funnel paid media execution.
- Proven experience handling multi-channel campaigns across voice, email, WhatsApp, and paid digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of SaaS/B2B marketing dynamics and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM and tracking tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel, HubSpot/Zapier, etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding internal teams effectively.
- Should be up to date with changing digital trends, ad policies, and marketing best practices.
Engagement Model:
- Type: Contract / Consulting
- Commitment: ~daily and weekly reviews (flexible based on project needs)
- Availability: Should be reachable during critical campaign launches or troubleshooting
- Compensation: Fixed monthly consulting fee (negotiable)
