About the Role

This is a part-time remote role for an SEO Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, and optimizing on-page SEO. The specialist will work closely with our team to enhance our clients' online presence and drive organic traffic.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities
• Audit websites and recommend clear, actionable on-page SEO improvements
• Create data-informed content strategies in collaboration with our content team
• Analyze performance and create monthly SEO reports with actionable insights
• Provide competitor analyses to inform strategy and identify gaps
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate strategy to clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO strategy experience (agency experience a plus)
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings
• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong understanding of current SEO best practices
• Experience working with a project management platform
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
