About The Role

We are partnering with a dynamic technology company delivering innovative digital solutions and IT services globally. Specializing in enterprise-grade applications using AWS Cloud, microservices, and AI, they drive digital transformation through custom software, data-driven insights, and client-centric innovation. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, applying AI technologies, including LLMs, to solve business challenges while ensuring data privacy, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models for knowledge management, customer support, and content generation.
• Build LLM-based applications using LangChain, RLHF, and RAG.
• Apply prompt engineering and agent-based frameworks for adaptive AI systems.
• Integrate Generative AI into existing systems for scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Decide on custom AI builds versus third-party solutions.
• Drive innovation with vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Optimize and troubleshoot AI systems for performance.

Requirements

Top 5 Must-Have Technical Skills

• 2+ years’ experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Expertise in LangChain, LLM tuning, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and prompt design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in MLOps or AI product deployment.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

• Background in machine learning pipelines.
• Familiarity with cross-functional AI delivery teams.
• Knowledge of scalable architectures.
