Through our digital publications and lead generation services, we help brands connect with high-value audiences through impactful content, advertising, and demand generation campaigns.
We're growing and are looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and to support audience growth.
Role Overview
This is a strategic, hands-on role for a marketer who understands B2B buying journeys, digital media, and the importance of clean data. You’ll lead our growth marketing efforts to attract new clients, support audience development, and build a clear, compelling brand identity for our business.
You'll work closely with our Content Lead (who drives editorial and SEO performance) and our Lead Prospecting Lead (who owns outbound sales), ensuring that our marketing supports both the growth of our customer base and the expansion of our engaged audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Marketing – Customer & Audience Acquisition
- Own and execute multi-channel, top-of-funnel marketing to attract marketing services clients and grow our audience.
- Deliver inbound lead generation through email campaigns, SEO content collaboration, organic social media, and landing page optimisation.
- Collaborate with the Lead Prospecting Lead to generate high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
- Identify and test new acquisition tactics, channels, and formats.
2. Brand Development – Building Our Customer-Facing Presence
- Shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand for our marketing services business.
- Develop messaging and positioning that speaks to the needs of B2B marketing and commercial leaders.
- Produce on-brand assets that support sales and campaigns (e.g. service pages, decks, case studies, ads).
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints: website, LinkedIn, email, and more.
3. Audience Strategy, Data & Reporting
- Own the structure, health, and segmentation of our audience and customer databases.
- Design and optimise subscriber journeys — from sign-up to onboarding and re-engagement.
- Monitor and report on key marketing and audience metrics (subscriber growth, lead volumes, conversion rates, database health).
- Collaborate with the Content Lead on initiatives to grow and engage our newsletter and site audience.
- Maintain dashboards and deliver insights to the leadership team and sales.
What we’re looking for
- A commercially minded B2B marketer with 3–5 years' experience in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing.
- Skilled in running campaigns across email, social, and SEO — with a strong grasp of top-of-funnel performance.
- Confident using CRM, email, and analytics tools (e.g. Mailchimp, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Organised, data-literate, and results-driven.
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B media, publishing, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with audience development, subscriber models, and content marketing analytics.
- Interest or experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industries.
