Superwall helps over 4,000 mobile apps optimize monetization with the most flexible paywall and subscriber management platform on the market. We’re profitable, fast-growing, and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own key growth levers across the product and customer lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue — and requires someone who understands mobile app teams, speaks the language of Product Managers, Engineering and Monetization Leads, and knows how to build messaging, onboarding, and lifecycle programs that drive action.
What you'll do:
- Own product launches from messaging to rollout across our site, in-app, email, and sales enablement
- Build lifecycle marketing programs that convert self-serve users into paying customers
- Work closely with product and design to translate new features into customer value
- Support sales and success with collateral, competitive intel, and playbooks
- Partner with analytics to track adoption, engagement, and monetization impact
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth
- Have marketed tools used by mobile app teams, ideally SDKs or monetization platforms
- Are a strong communicator who can turn technical features into clear positioning
- Have built onboarding flows or lifecycle journeys in tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and like owning things end-to-end
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with mobile SDKs, app analytics, or monetization infrastructure
- Experience choosing and setting up your tooling
- Strong writing or content chops (you’ll help shape our narrative too)
