About the Role:

We are looking for an experience recruiting leader who has worked with top startups and MNCs to place senior & executive marketing, growth, and creative talent; who believes in what SuperStuff is building and can see themselves long term grow into a core company leader.

Initially this will be an IC role, where you will be expected to help close multiple high-impact roles for our clients end to end. As you grow we will expect you to start building a team to support you, as well as putting processes in place to attract and vet top marketing & growth talent. Given that SuperStuff is a startup, we expect the winning candidate to contribute to the overall company vision and be an active part in making SuperStuff a success.

Core Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment for our customers; leveraging our internal tools
• Onboarding great candidates to SuperStuff's network of high quality marketers
• Lead innovative ways of engaging with our customers to help them match with great marketing and growth talent
• Develop strong relationships with our customers for long term repeat successes

The type of roles we currently have are across the marketing, creative & growth domain; typically mid-level to senior.

Qualifications:

• You have been a recruiter for marketing and growth roles for a minimum of 5 years in a talent consulting firm or have prior experience in digital marketing agency leading recruitment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwares is a plus
