Graphic Designer

Supergut is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual design portfolio, a comprehensive design skill set, and a passion for pixel-perfect designs. Interest in health and wellness is a plus. This is a full-time, fully-remote position.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual media for various platforms, such as social, website, email campaigns, etc.
• Collaborate with our in-house design director and broader marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quick-turnaround deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in agency, in-house, or freelance design roles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with photo retouching, manipulation, and editing a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being open to feedback and direction.
• Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with web, email, and social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Experience with packaging and event design a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.

$85,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
