The Role

As a UI Designer, you'll bring our Web3 products to life through exceptional visual design and polished interfaces. Working closely with our Principal Designer and product design team, you'll help craft the visual layer that makes complex trading tools feel professional and gaming experiences feel thrilling. This role demands versatility—creating everything from data-rich trading dashboards to vibrant gaming interfaces while maintaining consistent quality and brand coherence across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Create stunning, pixel-perfect UI designs that elevate both our trading and gaming products to best-in-class status.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that scale across diverse product types.
Design micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that make our interfaces feel responsive and alive.
Collaborate with product designers to transform wireframes and concepts into polished visual designs.
Design icons, illustrations, and visual elements that enhance usability while adding personality to our products.
Adapt visual styles to suit different contexts from professional trading interfaces to engaging gaming experiences.
Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints while allowing each product to maintain its unique character.
Work with marketing to extend product design language into promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay ahead of visual design trends in both fintech and gaming, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What You'll Bring

4+ years of UI/Visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional attention to detail.
Mastery of visual design principles including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
Experience creating designs that work across responsive breakpoints and devices.
Ability to work within brand guidelines while finding opportunities for creative expression.
Portfolio demonstrating range from clean, data-focused interfaces to rich, engaging visual experiences.
Understanding of development constraints and ability to create implementable designs.

Nice to haves

Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar)
Illustration skills for creating custom graphics and visual elements
Experience with 3D design tools or game asset creation
Knowledge of Web3 visual trends and blockchain product design
Background in either financial/trading interfaces or gaming UI
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)

What We're NOT Looking For

One-trick ponies who can only do minimal or maximalist design
Portfolios with only dribbble shots or redesign concepts
Inability to work within established systems
Lack of consistency in design execution
