Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for managing all design assets and creating new user-friendly designs. You will primarily use Figma for product design and Photoshop for graphic work. This position requires strong English communication skills as you will be working with an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all design materials consistently across platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Design assets, graphics, and visuals using Photoshop when needed
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs for improved user experience
• Maintain usability and accessibility standards across responsive designs
• Lead UX activities: user research, persona development, user flows, and usability testing

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping, etc.)
• Proven experience in UX design: research, information architecture, user journey mapping
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and graphic design
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-centered design
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly in English
• English: Required (working and communicating with global teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with startups or agile teams
• A portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app UI/UX design projects
• Familiarity with Illustrator, After Effects or a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
