Director of Marketing - Lawn & Pest Control

Description

We are a fast-growing, private equity–backed home services platform operating across Florida, including brands like SWAT Mosquito Systems, Evergreen Lawn and Pest and PHS (Professional Horticultural Services). We are scaling rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions and are looking for a Director of Marketing to add to support this growth.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Director of Marketing to drive customer acquisition, recurring revenue, and retention across multiple locations. This is an execution-focused role for someone with direct experience in lawn, pest, and adjacent home services marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Own marketing strategy tied to revenue growth and EBITDA
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LSA, paid social, SEO, email/SMS, and direct mail
• Drive lead generation, bookings, and recurring service contracts
• Improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
• Launch and scale local marketing programs, events, and referral campaigns
• Build lifecycle marketing to increase retention, renewals, and upsells
• Track performance and adjust strategy based on data

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in lawn, pest, and adjacent home services
• Proven success driving recurring revenue and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing and direct mail
• Strong analytical mindset and accountability to results
