We’re looking for a bold and visionary Senior Visual Designer to bring ideas to life and elevate our brand across every touchpoint. Super Group is a supply chain management business listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange. With expertise in supply chain solutions, the company operates across vertically integrated divisions including vehicle dealerships and fleet management. Founded in 1986, Super Group has developed a strong international presence. The company provides a comprehensive range of products and services to meet a variety of customer needs.

The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality design, video, and digital product content across internal and external communication platforms. The role ensures consistent branding across multiple brands, strong visual storytelling, and the timely delivery of creative assets that support business and marketing objectives. The role also includes app UI/UX design support and interface updates, contributing to the ongoing improvement of digital products and user experiences.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Create digital and print marketing materials (social media content, banners, presentations, internal communications, etc.).
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Develop visual concepts from brief to final execution.
  • Use modern tools (including AI-assisted features where appropriate) to support ideation and design refinement.
  • Conceptualise, edit, and produce video content for marketing and internal communication.
  • Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements where required.
  • Use available tools (including AI-assisted features) to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal/external teams on campaign execution.
  • Translate briefs into effective visual and video solutions.
  • Support storyboarding, planning, and creative development.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and video production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and develop strong visual concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability to new tools and evolving creative workflows.

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.

REMUNERATION:

This position will be offered a competitive salary with the added benefit of a Group pension fund, medical aid contribution, funeral policy and death/disability cover.
