Role Description: The Graphic Designer role at Super Ace International is a full-time, on-site position based at our factory in Sialkot. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for sportswear, team uniforms, and apparel collections, including graphics for print, embroidery, and branding applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos and brand identities, developing layout and typography for garments and packaging, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams. The role involves adapting client briefs into visually compelling designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and aligning artwork with technical requirements for sublimation, screen printing, and other production methods. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to visual assets for catalogs, presentations, and digital channels, supporting a cohesive visual identity across all materials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and apparel-focused Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into production-ready artwork.
• Experience in Logo Design and 3D Mockup, Tack Pack, Logo Summary, Sublimation design, texture vector files ready, color matching, color scheme understanding, texture tracking, branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for clients and product lines.
• Proficiency in Typography, layout, and composition for garments, labels, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Understanding of print processes and apparel manufacturing (e.g., sublimation, screen printing, embroidery) and related file preparation.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in sportswear or apparel design is an advantage.
