Middle Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a highly skilled Middle Product Designer (UI/UX) with expertise in iGaming and working with White Label platforms and adapting designs across multiple themes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of mid-size projects and work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and senior designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Refining White-Label recoloring templates for scalable, theme-based UI.
• Create structured information architecture, multi-step flows, and cross-platform user journeys.
• Conduct user research and integrate feedback to improve designs.
• Present designs confidently and clearly to stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on both UX and UI.
• Design portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work: research, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma: auto-layouts, component-based design, styles, tokens, and variables.
• Strong understanding of design systems and how to maintain/scale them.
• Experience with white-label platforms, including setting up design variables and theme connections.
• Experience with prototyping in Figma.
• Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining design decisions.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

Nice to have:

• iGaming industry experience and understanding of iGaming UX patterns.
• White-label multi-brand theming at scale — managing design across multiple operator skins.
• Experience working with quantitative data.
• Experience in crypto or gamification projects.
