About The Role

We are seeking a talented digital/graphic designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, user interface design, branding, logo creation, and print media. With at least two years of experience in a production or agency environment, you should possess a high level of creative capability and the ability to make an immediate impact. Your role will involve collaborating with our development team to craft visually compelling and user-friendly website designs, as well as creating branding assets, environmental graphics, and other brand collateral. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, clear, and timely design solutions that align with client feedback, project deadlines, and business objectives. This position requires a proactive, deadline-driven professional who is comfortable working with multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a digital designer, graphic designer, or front-end web designer
• Proficiency in Figma, including asset handoff to developers
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic and web design work
• Ability to wireframe and prototype web designs effectively
• Passion for digital design and creative excellence
• Excellent understanding of typography, branding, print, and conceptualization
• Strong copywriting skills are a plus
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of traditional printing techniques is advantageous
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and learning

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design visually appealing and user-centric front-end website layouts
• Create and conceptualize branding elements, logos, environmental graphics, and other brand collateral
• Deliver high-quality design solutions within specified timelines and project constraints
• Translate client feedback into refined design concepts and final deliverables
• Wireframe and prototype web interfaces to facilitate user experience testing and development
• Maintain consistency across all visual assets and branding materials
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices
• Assist in creating print materials and understanding traditional printing techniques when necessary
• Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and high standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and project success
