About The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer to join our expanding digital experience team. In this remote role based in the United States, you will play a crucial part in designing compelling and intuitive user interfaces for our AI-driven solutions, including Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Amazon Connect. Your primary focus will be on crafting seamless interactions that deliver measurable business value and elevate the end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate complex requirements into engaging visual, interaction, and conversational designs. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI-powered customer engagement and to work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of user experience design.

Qualifications

• Degree in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in user experience and user interaction design
• Experience in design consulting with external stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain comprehensive design systems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies like Salesforce and AWS platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and develop functional and engaging experiences that integrate with Salesforce and AWS platforms, including Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Amazon Connect
• Lead client requirement gathering sessions and facilitate design workshops
• Visualize end-to-end customer and internal user journeys through wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes
• Create detailed mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design fidelity and usability
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Contribute to the development of conversational flows for text-based bots and AI solutions
• Utilize user experience research methods and usability testing techniques to refine designs
• Showcase the impact of design decisions by connecting them to business success metrics and storytelling
