About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX/Product Designer with extensive experience working within the Salesforce platform to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for Salesforce applications used by our government clients. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in Salesforce platform customization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects, especially within Salesforce environments, and have the technical skills necessary to implement designs that meet both user needs and technical standards. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance, reflecting the sensitive nature of government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with specific experience in Salesforce design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, especially in Salesforce environments
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for Salesforce applications to enhance usability and visual appeal
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and adherence to Salesforce platform standards
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively
• Implement Salesforce customizations and configurations to achieve the desired user interface experience
• Maintain consistency across all Salesforce applications by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices within Salesforce and government sectors
