About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to influence the user experience of our Mistral Cloud Control Panel, a core component of our product suite. Your work will span across front-end and back-end development, ensuring the platform is engaging, efficient, and intuitive for end-users. This position offers a chance to work on innovative AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud management tools, directly impacting how clients interact with and harness our AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in high-standard UX/UI environments
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, Remix, or VueJS
• Knowledge of web libraries like Tanstack React Query, tRPC, Framer Motion, among others
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to independently own and deliver complete end-to-end features
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn attitude

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust features for the Mistral Cloud Control Panel, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
• Prioritize user experience by creating intuitive and user-centric interfaces that meet client needs and expectations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate actively in code reviews to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Address complex technical challenges by developing innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and software development, applying relevant technologies to enhance product offerings
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and technical documentation to support team knowledge sharing
