About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for key products within our communications portfolio, including Email, RCS, and Platform solutions. In this role, you will act as the vital link between Product, Growth, and our customers by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions. Your responsibilities will encompass creating high-quality product content such as guides, demos, videos, and blogs, as well as managing product updates and ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand and product narrative. You will be instrumental in executing product launches, developing GTM plans, and supporting ecosystem partners with tailored messaging and collateral. Your insights into customer and market dynamics will inform segmentation strategies and competitive positioning, while your contributions to pricing, packaging, and sales enablement will drive product adoption and revenue growth. Collaboration across teams will be essential to ensure messaging consistency, launch readiness, and continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS or PLG environments
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, including experience with how-to guides, videos, and product explainers
- Hands-on experience with GTM planning, messaging frameworks, ICP development, and positioning strategies
- Ability to simplify complex product features into compelling value propositions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Proven track record of successful product launches that drive user activation and adoption
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding of communication technologies such as RCS and email marketing
- Familiarity with competitive research, customer segmentation, and market insights
- Ability to develop and maintain a centralized "truth layer" for product facts, positioning, and insights
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality product content, including guides, demos, videos, and blogs that articulate product features and benefits
- Manage and update the Product Updates section of the website to keep stakeholders informed
- Collaborate with Growth teams to develop conversion-optimized landing pages, product resources, and keyword-aligned messaging
- Develop and execute GTM strategies, including briefs, messaging frameworks, and launch plans for new products and features
- Drive the execution of PLG launches, internal communications, and ecosystem partner support
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to refine messaging, differentiation, and positioning
- Support pricing, packaging, and packaging improvements based on customer and market insights
- Create sales enablement tools such as battlecards, one-pagers, and demo scripts to facilitate sales efforts
- Partner with Product, CRO, and Growth teams to ensure messaging consistency and optimize product pages and user flows
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for each product segment
- Build and maintain a reliable "truth layer" to centralize product facts, competitive insights, and customer data
