About The Role
The Marketing Operations Associate role at Trilogy is a specialized position that supports the marketing department through organization, process management, and compliance oversight. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact within the department, managing requests, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accurate records of all marketing activities. Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in administrative, operations, compliance support, or project coordination roles
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or healthcare is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or shared work queues is preferred
- Client service or internal stakeholder management experience is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to set expectations professionally

Responsibilities
- Manage marketing compliance submissions from initiation to final approval, including reviewing materials, tracking status, and implementing required changes
- Review all outgoing marketing content such as emails, blogs, social media posts, and business cards for compliance, brand consistency, and proofreading accuracy
- Maintain organized records of compliance submissions, approvals, and related documentation
- Oversee the marketing request queue by intake of creative requests, assigning timelines, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates to requestors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, routing messages appropriately and managing expectations proactively
- Support the progress of departmental projects by identifying potential roadblocks early and assisting in driving tasks to completion
- Guide financial advisors through the marketing request and approval process, ensuring compliance standards are met
- Manage onboarding materials for new hires, including email signatures, bios, business cards, and title approvals
- Communicate effectively and professionally with advisors and internal teams, including those with high expectations or strong personalities
- Assist in supporting marketing campaigns and perform administrative departmental tasks as needed
- Coordinate internal and external events, providing logistical support as required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s goals and initiatives
