About The Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to join our remote team, preferably based in New York. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the AI systems that power Raspberry's marketing engine. You will own the growth initiatives and product-marketing outcomes driven by these systems, collaborating closely with demand generation, brand, content, and sales teams. Your focus will be on enhancing the speed, quality, and scale of marketing activities through innovative system development and strategic automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Raspberry's go-to-market strategies by leveraging AI and automation to generate demand, improve visibility, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth/demand generation, product marketing, marketing operations, or similar roles
• Proven track record of building internal tools or systems that are widely adopted and impact marketing or pipeline metrics
• Experience designing and executing demand-generation programs that deliver measurable results
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, etc.
• Hands-on experience with demand channels including paid search, social media, webinars, and ABM campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like HubSpot
• Understanding of how search engines and AI models discover, index, and surface content
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to own and report on key performance metrics
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive and resourceful mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to identify high-leverage systems and build automation solutions from scratch
• Develop the infrastructure for AI visibility and content monitoring, ensuring Raspberry’s positioning is optimized in AI-generated responses
• Invent and implement innovative capabilities such as real-time competitive intelligence agents, customer story distribution systems, and sentiment analysis pipelines
• Manage and enhance the marketing data infrastructure, integrating campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact into comprehensive dashboards and reports
• Document systems, create templates, scripts, and playbooks to enable scalable and repeatable marketing processes
• Conduct disciplined experiments, treating each deployment as a hypothesis and iterating based on results
• Enable the marketing and sales teams by sharing knowledge, walkthroughs, and ensuring systems are user-friendly and accessible
• Build and scale Raspberry’s demand generation efforts across multiple channels including paid media, email campaigns, webinars, and content syndication
• Plan and execute regional field marketing activities in NYC and LA, including industry events, dinners, conferences, and targeted activations in fashion and retail hubs
