About The Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic / Web Designer to join our growing design team, either based in Cyprus or remotely. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who excels at both visual craftsmanship and technical execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets and bringing them to life across various digital platforms. Your work will directly influence our global music products, including email campaigns, app store assets, Amazon storefronts, and branding materials. Additionally, you will design and independently develop web experiences and landing pages using tools like Webflow, Framer, or Tilda, ensuring seamless responsiveness for both web and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the design field
• Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with generative AI tools and automation in design workflows
• Basic animation skills for creating engaging visual content
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Good self-management and time management skills
• Experience in designing responsive websites for both desktop and mobile
• Proven experience with no-code web development tools such as Webflow, Framer, or Tilda (any of these)
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets for email campaigns, app store listings, Amazon storefronts, and brand materials
• Design and independently develop landing pages and web experiences using no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, or Tilda
• Ensure all web designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver high-quality designs
• Implement and experiment with AI-driven design techniques to improve efficiency and creativity
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and web assets
• Proactively suggest new ideas, tools, and approaches to enhance the design process
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in weekly sprints and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
