About The Role

Goop is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Design Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation of compelling digital and print collateral that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic objectives. Your work will span across marketing campaigns, editorial content, branding initiatives, advertising, and experiential projects, setting and maintaining a high standard of visual excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand partnerships, and product development to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate strategic goals into visually engaging designs that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, or online media sectors.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a clean, consistent aesthetic and versatility across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Figma is a strong plus.
• Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional taste with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of digital and print assets including landing pages, editorial layouts, email campaigns, social media graphics, invitations, signage, and presentation decks that elevate the goop brand.
• Establish and uphold the creative standards for the design team, providing guidance and constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Manage projects from concept through to final production, iterating rapidly while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual content within tight deadlines.
• Proactively identify opportunities to evolve and push the goop visual identity forward across digital and physical experiences.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the brand’s visual language and creative output.
