About The Role

The Graphic Designer – Residential Fire Global Communications & Government Relations plays a vital role in visually communicating our mission to make the world a safer place. This full-time, remote position is based in the US and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful safety campaigns through compelling visual storytelling. The successful candidate will develop high-quality, on-brand visual assets for various channels including marketing, presentations, social media, events, and sales support. Collaborating with regional teams, marketing, communications, and other stakeholders, the Graphic Designer ensures consistency and professionalism across all visual content. This role involves creating engaging presentations, designing digital and print graphics, sourcing images, and supporting regional customization needs, all while maintaining brand integrity and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create and update PowerPoint slide decks for internal and external audiences, including developing templates and reusable frameworks
• Design custom visuals for conferences, webinars, and other events to enhance presentations
• Enhance existing decks for clarity, professionalism, and visual impact
• Design email headers, social media graphics, digital newsletters, banners, and other digital assets
• Create external flyers, social media posts, graphics for internal communications, and PDF documents
• Develop supplemental visuals for social media campaigns targeting US & Canada markets
• Support marketing campaigns by producing branded creative assets aligned with campaign goals
• Source and manage original and stock images, ensuring licensing compliance and brand consistency
• Prepare visuals for video projects, including PowerPoint and MarketScale videos
• Maintain and update region-specific visual assets, including Canada-specific flyers and materials
• Adapt designs for different regions and languages, ensuring cultural and linguistic appropriateness
