About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support our digital marketing initiatives, content strategies, and overall business objectives within a B2B industrial context. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of translating strategic concepts into high-quality visual content. You will work closely with content strategists, digital marketers, and production teams to develop assets that resonate across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. Emphasizing speed, scalability, and consistency, this position involves developing reusable templates and design systems that facilitate efficient content production across multiple regions. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including on-site at our Elkton, Maryland facility, hybrid, or fully remote options within most locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or industrial marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative execution and strategic direction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Canva
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital marketing assets, including web visuals, landing pages, email graphics, social media content, and campaign materials
• Translate campaign strategies and content into visually engaging concepts aligned with brand standards and business goals
• Collaborate with content strategists and digital marketers to support integrated campaigns across the customer journey
• Develop scalable templates and design systems to enable efficient content creation across regions and teams
• Ensure consistency and high visual quality across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines
• Optimize designs for digital performance, including responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices and platforms
• Support rapid content production needs by delivering high-quality assets within tight deadlines
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and streamlined production workflows
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual concepts for campaigns
• Collaborate with external partners or agencies, providing clear direction and ensuring deliverable quality
