About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team in a telecommuting role within the United States. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing the business value derived from the contact data domain. Your primary focus will be defining strategic roadmaps, establishing success metrics, and governing global standards and policies related to contact data. You will lead initiatives to implement AI/ML-driven automation aimed at enhancing data quality and standardization. Collaborating closely with data consumers, analysts, and data scientists, you will facilitate navigation and interpretation of data sources to support various use cases. This role involves managing data acquisition, enrichment, and integration efforts across functions to ensure data accessibility and integrity. You will also oversee operational monitoring, validation, and reporting to maintain data accuracy and completeness, ultimately supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role or related position
- Proven experience as a business and technical lead for end-to-end data product lifecycles
- Experience defining project scope, gathering business requirements, overseeing solution architecture, and conducting user acceptance testing
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and advanced analytics
- Strong ability to identify patterns and extract insights from large-scale enterprise data products
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable business strategies
- Track record of leading data strategy initiatives, including data enrichment and management solutions
- Experience with core business platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Ability to conduct business and technical demonstrations using data visualization tools
- Collaborative skills to work with platform administrators, data engineers, and system analysts
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic roadmap and success metrics for contact data-related products to align with business objectives
- Govern global standards and policies for contact data, ensuring data is fit for downstream system use
- Implement AI/ML-driven automation to enhance data quality, standardization, and operational efficiency
- Consult with data consumers, analysts, and data scientists to facilitate data navigation, interpretation, and utilization
- Manage data acquisition, enrichment, and integration processes across multiple functions and domains
- Maintain data accuracy and completeness through operational monitoring, validation, and reporting
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and deploy data solutions, pipelines, and integrations
- Oversee solution architecture, user acceptance testing, and deployment of data products
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights, findings, and strategic recommendations effectively
